Refund policy

At Arivya, every order is packed with care and 
checked before dispatch. However if you receive 
a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery 
only in the following cases —
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong item delivered

Returns are NOT accepted for —
- Change of mind
- Slight color variation due to screen differences
- Items without original packaging
